摘  要:目的:研究持续质量改进在急诊留观患者管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年收治的780例患者作为对照组,采用常规性急诊留观方法;选取2015年收治的940名急诊留观患者作为观察组,采用持续质量改进法进行观察。对两组患者的临床指标和护理效果进行比较。结果:护理人员对观察组记录的频率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的患者满意程度和护理指标达标率分别为90.00%和88.30%,高于对照组的45.51%和52.56%(P<0.05)。结论:持续质量改进能提高护理人员的积极性,有效加强了对急诊留观患者的管理,提高了护理质量,值得广泛推广。Objective: To study the application effect of continuous quality improvement( CQI) in the management of patients kept observation in emergency department. Methods: 780 patients kept observation in emergency department during January to December in 2014 were selected into the control group,receiving conventional observation care; and 940 patients during January to December in 2015 were selected into the observation group,receiving CQI observation care. The clinical indicators and nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The observation record frequency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P〈0. 05); and patients' satisfaction and compliance rate of nurse indicators in the observation group were 90% and 88. 30% respectively,significantly higher than 45. 51% and 52. 56% in the control group( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: Continuous quality improvement can enhance the initiative of nurses to improve care quality,and effectively increase management and nurse quality of patients kept observation in emergency department,so it is worth widely popularizing.
