摘　　要：文章着眼于盗砍、滥伐林木材积的测定,依据测树学教材和林业专家的理论成果,整理了针对不同案件现场状况和不同林木盗伐、滥伐状况下的林木材积测定方法和计算公式,借此方便一般林业案件技术鉴定工作的有效开展。The paper focuses on the volume determination in the cases of unlawful felling and deforestation. Based on the textbooks on forest measurement and the theoretical achievements of forestry experts, the paper summarizes some volume determination methods and computation formulas as to different crime scene situations and diverse unlawful felling and deforestation, which will benefit the effective technical evaluation of general forestry cases.
