摘 要:以铁水罐实际尺寸建立物理模型,通过CFD软件,应用VOF多相流模型和标准k-ε湍流模型对KR法脱硫在不同搅拌转速下的流场进行了数值模拟。数值模拟的漩涡高度与公式计算结果吻合较好,从而验证了本模拟的正确性。通过比较不同转速下铁水罐内的速度场与湍动能,找到了铁水罐内的流动死区,增大转速可以有效地减小死区大小。当搅拌转速由60 r/min增大到120 r/min时,死区大小由27.1%减小到17.2%。考虑到实际情况,最佳搅拌转速取120 r/min。A physical model was built based on the actual size of hot metal ladle in the hot metal desulfurization with KR stirring method. The VOF multiphase flow model and standard k-ε turbulence model were used to simulate the flow field at different stirring speeds by CFD software. The numerical simulation of vortex heights are in good agreement with the calculated results, and then the correctness of the model is verified. By comparing the velocity field and turbulent kinetic energy in the hot metal ladle at different stirring speeds to find out the dead zone in hot metal ladle, and conclude that increasing stirring speed can effectively reduce the size of dead zone. If stirring speed increases from 60 r/min to 120 r/min, the size of the dead zone is reduced from 27.1% to 17.2%. Taking into account the actual situation, the best stirring speed is 120 r/min.
