摘　　要：红星茵芋在改良MS＋BA 2.0 mg/L＋NAA 0.2 mg/L的培养基中增殖率较高,且茎芽整齐;在1/2MS＋IAA 0.5 mg/L＋活性炭1 g/L＋蔗糖15 g/L的培养基中,平均生根率达到90%,根系生长状况较好,平均每株根系3.6条、根长3.2 cm。移栽于穴盘后,前1周应注意叶面湿度,夏天每天应喷雾2~3次,穴盘基质不宜太湿,以免烂根。The multiplication rate was high and the shoots were uniform whileSkimmia japonica were cultured on modified medium of MS+BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L. On the medium of 1/2 MS+IAA 0.5 mg/L+ activated charcoal 1 g/L+ sucrose 15 g/L, the rooting rate reached 90% and the root system grew well with average 3.6 roots and 3.2 cm root in length. After transferred into the cell trays, the plantlets were sprayed 2~3 times per day to keep wet. The tray medium should not be too damp to avoid putrid roots.
