摘 要:海洋平台极限承载力研究一直是平台结构安全评估的最重要部分,越来越受到人们的关注。以"勘探二号"自升式钻井平台为研究对象,利用非线性分析USFOS软件分析计算了该平台的极限强度,评估了现役平台的安全性能。研究结果表明,"勘探二号"平台在45°环境极限条件时平台结构最危险。该研究为现役自升式钻井平台安全风险评估提供了一种比较先进而精确的方法,对今后类似海洋平台安全风险评估具有一定的指导意义。Study about the ultimate bearing capacity of offshore platform is an important part of safety assessment on the platform structure. People are paying more and more attention to it. With "KAN TAN 2" jack-up drilling platform as an example, the ultimate bearing capacity of offshore platform was analyzed and the safety performance of the platform in-service was evaluated with the Uslos nonlinear analysis software. The study results indicated that the patform of"KAN TAN 2" is in the most dangerous conditions in the 45° extreme environment. This study can provide a more advanced and accurate method for security risk assessment of the jack-up drilling platform in-service, and also has some guiding significance for security risk assessment of the similar offshore platform in the future.
