摘 要:目的:探讨以手机运动监测App为基础的运动管理对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者体重、血糖以及生活质量的影响。方法:将60例T2DM患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采取常规糖尿病管理策略,干预组在常规治疗的基础上帮助患者使用手机运动监测App,经过两周的适应后,要求患者晚餐后进行(2.8-3)Km/30-40min的快步走,运动频率每周不少于5天。12周后比较两组的体重、糖代谢指标以及SF36得分的变化并进行统计学分析。结果:干预组中有1例患者未能完成试验,其余29名患者空腹血糖、空腹C肽、空腹胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白及胰岛素抵抗指数均较基线和对照组有明显改善;BMI无显著变化;SF36中有6个维度得分显著提高。结论:基于手机运动监测App的运动干预可以明显提高T2DM患者的运动主动性及依从性,且能够不同程度地改善糖代谢,提高患者生活质量,值得进一步推广。Objective: To investigate the effect of mobile application-based exercise intervention on glucose metabolism and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM). Methods: The 60 patients with T2 DM patients were randomly divided into intervention and control groups, each group of 30 cases. The control group received conventional diabetes management strategy. The intervention group received routine treatment and help patients install mobile App. After two weeks of adaptation, require patients to conduct 2.8-3Km/30-40 min of exercise after dinner, and exercise frequency was not less than five days a week. Changes in glucose metabolism, body weight, and scores of SF-36 of were compared after 12 weeks. Results: Only one patient in the intervention group failed to complete the test. The fasting plasma glucose(FPG), fasting C-peptide(FC-P), fasting insulin(FINS), glycated haemoglobin(Hb A1c), and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) of the rest of 29 patients were significantly improved. BMI did not change significantly. The scores of SF-36 domains were significantly improved. Conclusion: The mobile application-based exercise intervention can improve exercise adherence, glucose metabolism, and quality of life in patients with T2 DM, and it is worth further promoting the use.
