摘　　要：医联实时业务平台是在现有医联平台的基础上,从目前的每日定时采集业务数据提升为医院核心业务数据的实时化采集,在医联数据中心建设业务实时信息库,从而进一步为管理者提供实时信息指标监测应用。实时业务消息处理产品是医联实时业务平台的核心组成部分,根据医联实时业务数据交换的需求,针对业界主流的几种实时业务消息处理产品进行比较分析,最终选出适合医联平台的实时数据交换产品。Real-time Clinical Information Exchange and Sharing Platform（Real-time CIESP） realized the exchange and sharing of the core clinical data in real time among networked hospitals based on the current platform which gathers the clinical data regularly every day. It included built-in real-time databases and helped the managers to monitor the clinical data indicators in real time. Realtime Messaging Service Product is the core component of Real-time CIESP. We analyzed and compared the functions and Features of the mainstream several Real-time Messaging Service Products based on the requirements of real-time data exchange, and finally selected the appropriate Real-time Messaging Service Products for Real-time CIESP.
