摘　　要：主要阐述了通过病案管理系统实现军队医院首页在线质控的具体流程。病历无纸化推动传统病案管理模式的不断创新与持续改进。病案管理流程与相关配套软件要配合无纸化进程不断优化。依靠现有平台开发病案管理系统实现编目员在线编码、在线质控,确保首页质量准确性,提高了工作效率,解决了病历无纸化进程中的一大难题。It introduced how to control the quality online of the front sheet of medical record based on Medical Record Management System in military hospital. Paperless medical records promote the traditional medical record management model innovation and continuous improvement. Processes of medical record management and supporting software should be continuous optimization following the process paperless. The Medical Record Management System was developed relying on current platform. Coding catalogers and quality control online came true based on this system, which could ensure the accuracy of the front sheet and improve work efficiency. It also solved a major problem of Medical records paperless process.
