摘 要:随着超声影像床边服务的深入发展,原有的工作流程出现了流程分散、不易控制、信息不能及时共享等问题,已不能满足医疗环境"以患者为中心"的理念,并造成人力、物力资源的浪费。主要研究了超声影像科床边服务流程优化的问题,主要从检查申请信息及时获取、检查结果实时上传至电子病历系统等方面进行讨论,设计并实现了移动服务端的解决方案。极大地提高了超声医生床边的工作效率,有效缩短了患者检查前的等待时间,较大程度上提高了患者的满意度,实现人力及物力资源的最大化利用。With the development of ultrasonography bedside service, original workflow appeared process scattered, difficult to control, information which cannot be shared timely and so on. This issue has been unable to satisfy the medical environment "patientcentered" philosophy, and caused by a waste of human and material resources. This paper mainly studied the process optimization problems of the ultrasound imaging department bedside service. It mainly discussed timely access to get the application information for examination and the check-up results uploaded to electronic medical record system in real-time. Mobile service-terminals was designed and implemented as solutions. The solutions which had mentioned above greatly enhanced the work efficiency of ultrasound doctors and effectively reduced patients’ time before checked. In great degree, they improved patients’ satisfaction and made the best use of human and material resources.
