摘　　要：目的:利用信息化技术手段,加强对医院抗菌药物临床合理性应用的监管。方法:通过梳理抗菌药物使用各种管理规范,形成完整方案并软件化,达到促进临床抗菌药物合理使用的目标。结果:系统上线后,医院抗菌药物使用各项指标日趋合理,并在一定程度上起到了事前干预的良好效果。结论:通过信息化手段,能够更及时、有效地落实抗菌药物使用管理规范,使抗菌药物使用趋于合理,值得推广。Objective： Using information-based technology to strengthen management and supervision of clinical application of antibiotics in the hospital. Methods： Set framework of various regulations to streamline the application of antibiotics, integrate them into a package software solution, to help pave the way for actual clinical implementation. Result： Upon applying the system, usage of antibiotics in the hospital has been optimized from a rationality perspective. Due precaution has been taken up to a certain level. Conclusion： Using information-based technology is a timely and effective method to support the implementation of antibiotics usage regulations, and brings clinical usage of antibiotic drugs into an organic circle. This information-based technology is therefore highly recommended for future hospital management.
