摘 要:利用信息技术,不少医疗单位为减少患者排队次数、缩短患者留院时间、提高服务质量、改善就医体验展开了优化就诊流程、简化结算方式的探索工作。多种自助结算方案在各大医院投入运行。探索门诊自助结算多种模式,并分析各模式的优缺点及在实施过程中遇到的问题并提出优化解决方案。在为患者就医提供了简单、方便和快捷服务的同时,为社会、医院和患者带来很大的便利,实现经济效益和社会效益双提高。To reduce the number of patients queuing, shorten the hospitalized days of patients, improve service quality and medical experience, many medical units started researching of optimizing treatment processes and simplifying settlement utilizing the information technology. A variety of self-checkout solutions have been put into operation in major hospitals. Researching different modes of self-checkout while analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each mode and proposing optimization solutions for the problems encountered in the implementation process not only provide patients a simple, convenient and efficient service, but also bring great convenience to the society and hospitals which help to achieve economic and social benefits increasing simultaneously.
