摘  要:目的:探讨高频喷射通气在俯卧位非气管插管全身麻醉气道管理中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2014年1-10月收治的100例椎体成形手术(PVP)或经内镜逆行胆管照影(ERCP)术患者资料进行分析,根据不同的通气方式将患者分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用经鼻导管吸氧,试验组采用高频喷射通气,比较两组效果。结果:两组手术前Sp O2、Pa O2以及Pa CO2比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组手术后Sp O2、Pa O2均显著高于对照组,Pa CO2显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组苏醒时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在俯卧位非气管插管全身麻醉患者中采用高频喷射通气进行气道管理效果理想,对术中低氧血症的预防及进行有效的气道管理提供了佐证。Objective:To investigate application effect of high-frequency jet ventilation in the airway management of non-tracheal intubation anesthesia in prone position.Method:100 data of patients in vertebroplasty surgery(PVP) or endoscopic retrograde biliary Movies surgery(ERCP) were analyzed from January 2014 to October 2014 in our hospital,which were divided into the control group and the experimental group depending on the way of ventilation,the control group was used nasal cannula oxygen,the experimental group was used high frequency jet ventilation,the effects were compared.Result:The preoperative differences of the Sp O2,Pa O2 and Pa CO2 were not significant(P0.05);the After surgery,the Sp O2,Pa O2 in the experimental group were significantly higher(P0.05);the experimental group of Pa CO2 was significantly lower than the control group(P0.05).The groups of operating time was not significantly different(P0.05);the recovery time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The results of using of high frequency jet ventilation in the prone position of non-intubated patients under general anesthesia airway management are satisfactory,it provide support to the prevention of intraoperative hypoxemia and effective airway management.
