摘  要:以负载定量聚偏二氟乙烯的尼龙无纺布为功能插层,采用共固化工艺制备碳纤维增强环氧树脂基结构阻尼复合材料.测试复合材料的弯曲强度、弯曲模量和层间剪切强度等静态力学性能和储能模量和损耗因子的温度谱.此外,通过单悬臂梁振动实验评价阻尼减振性能.通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜分析共固化复合材料的微观结构,研究了阻尼机理.结果表明,在复合材料层间插入改性的尼龙无纺布能在不引起力学性能明显下降的前提下,显著提高复合材料的阻尼性能.其中插入7层改性的PNF插层的复合材料损耗因子达到0.008 3,比无插层复合材料提高了72.9%,弯曲模量下降了16.3%.A new structural damping composite was prepared by interleaving polyamide nonwoven fabricsmodified by PVDF between the carbon fiber reinforced epoxy composites via co-cured method.The static mechanical properties of co-cured composites were estimated by measurement of flexural strength,flexural modulus and interlaminar shear strength.The temperature spectra of storage modulus and loss factor were measured,and single cantilever beam vibration experiment was conducted to analyze the vibration damping characteristics.The micro structure and damping mechanism of co-cured composites were analyzed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.Results indicate that the damping properties can be significantly improved by inserting modified PNF with comparatively lower decline of mechanical properties.The loss factor of composites with seven layers of modified PNF was 0.008 3,72.9% more than the control sample,and flexural modulus was only 16.3%lower than the control sample.
