摘　　要：司法生态是司法体制改革涉及的重要内容,对司法生态的评价主要包含三类指标,分别为司法主体的法治表现指标、法治的地位指标以及公民的法律信仰指标。对以上三个方面指标的考量,可以基本得出一个国家司法文明发展的程度。Judicial ecology plays a vital part in the course of judicial reform. Indexes generally applied to the evaluation of the judicial ecology fall into three categories. They are judicial performance index of the judicial subjects,the status index of the rule- of- law governance,and the legal belief index of the citizens. An examination of the three indexes may indicate the extent to which judicial civilization of a specific nation evolves.
