摘　　要：目的建立测定骨刺片中柚皮苷含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法色谱柱为Waters Fire C_（18）柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-水（20：80）,检测波长为283 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃。结果柚皮苷进样量在0.280 32-2.803 2μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=1.000 0,n=5）,平均加样回收率为99.15%,RSD为1.65%（n=9）。结论该方法简便快速,重复性好,灵敏度高,结果准确,可用于骨刺片中柚皮苷含量的测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of naringin in Guci Tablets.Methods The chromatographic column was Waters Fire C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-waterv 20：80）,the detection wavelength was 283 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL /mm,the column temperature was 30℃.Results The linear relation was good when the injection volume of naringin was in the range of 0.280 32-2.803 2 μg（r=1.000 0,n=5）.The average recovery rate was 99.15%,and RSD was 1.65%（n=9）.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,has good repeatability,high sensitivity and is reliable,which can be used for the content determination of naringin in Guci Tablets.
