丹珍头痛胶囊联合沙格雷酯治疗血管性头痛44例

摘　　要：目的探讨丹珍头痛胶囊联合沙格雷酯治疗血管性头痛的临床疗效。方法选取血管性头痛患者88例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各44例。对照组患者予沙格雷酯治疗,研究组患者加用丹珍头痛胶囊治疗,疗程1个月。结果研究组中颅内血流流速正常例数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前头痛月发作次数无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组头痛月发作次数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组和研究组总有效率分别为75.00%和90.91%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹珍头痛胶囊联合治疗血管性头痛,能有效改善患者血管痉挛症状,快速降低头痛发作次数,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Danzhen Toutong Capsules combined with sarpogrelate in treating vascular headache.Methods 88 patients were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,44 cases in each group.The control group received sarpogrelate,and the study group was given sarpogrelate ＋ Danzhen Toutong Capsules.Both groups were treated for 1 month.Results The cases of normal intracranial blood flow rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,there was no differences in the number of headache monthly in the two groups（P〉0.05）;after treatment,the number of headache monthly in the study group was obviously fewer than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the control group and the study group were 75.00%,90.91%respectively,with significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Danzhen Toutong Capsules combined with sarpogrelate in treating vascular headache can effectively improve the symptoms of vascular spasm,quickly reduce the number of headache and improve clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
