摘  要:目的:观察经口给予脑脉利颗粒(NML)对实验性脑血栓模型的保护作用。方法:小鼠尾静脉注射血栓诱导剂(胶原蛋白、肾上腺素)诱导实验性脑血栓模型,观察致瘫时间和存活时间;大鼠右侧颈总动脉注入混合血栓诱导剂(ADP、凝血酶、肾上腺素)诱导脑血栓模型,测定脑缺血后脑组织含水量、脑指数及脑组织中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量等。结果:NML可剂量依赖性地延长小鼠偏瘫发生时间和死亡时间,减轻偏瘫症状;NML能显著降低大鼠脑血管通透性、右侧脑指数、脑含水量以及右/左脑半球湿重之比,降低大鼠右侧大脑半球MDA含量,增加SOD活性;改善大鼠右侧近脑室周围组织结构紊乱现象。结论:NML对实验性脑血栓后缺血具有明显的保护作用。AIM: To observe the protective effects of Naomaili granules (NML) on cerebral thrombosis in mice and rats after oral administration. METHODS: Mice cerebral thrombosis model was induced by tail vein injection of a mixture of collagen protein and epinephrine. Then the hemiplegic time and survival time were determined in each group. Rats cerebral thrombosis model was induced by cephalic artery injection of a mixture of ADP, thrombin and epinephrine. The effects of anti-cerebral thrombosis, water content of brain tissue after cerebral ischemia, brain index and the change of MAD and SOD in brain tissues were detected. RESULTS: NML dose dependently increased mice hemiplegic time, survival time, and relieved the symptom of hemiplegia after 7 days' oral administration. In rats, NML depressed the cerebral vascular permeability induced by co-thrombus inducer. It evidently decreased the right brain index, brain water content and the ratio of right to left cerebral hemisphere. It also decreased the level of MDA and elevated the activities of SOD. NML prevented the structural disorder in right periventricular tissue induced by co-thrombus inducer in rats, reduced the infarct area and/or no infarction occurred at high dose. CONCLUSION: NML exhibited obvious protective effects on experimental cerebral thrombosis and ischemia due to its antioxidant properties and invigorating blood circulation.
