摘  要:目的:观察脓毒症对大鼠肠道动力的影响,并探讨瞬时感受器电位香草酸受体1(TRPV1)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在脓毒症肠动力障碍中的作用。方法:雄性清洁型SD大鼠20只,随机分为对照组和脓毒症组,每组10只。脓毒症组大鼠腹腔注射脂多糖(LPS)10 mg/kg,对照组腹腔注射等量生理盐水。12h后以每只大鼠2mL碳素墨汁灌胃,测定小肠墨汁推进率;免疫组化法检测大鼠小肠黏膜TRPV1及CGRP的表达水平。结果:脓毒症组大鼠小肠墨汁推进率明显低于对照组,小肠黏膜TRPV1、CGRP的阳性表达评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脓毒症大鼠肠动力障碍可能与肠道TRPV1、CGRP的表达上调相关。AIM: To investigate the effects on intestinal motility and the role of TRPV1 and CGRP on intestinal in rats with sepsis.METHODS: 20 male SPF SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: control group and sepsis group.Animal model of sepsis was made by intraperitoneal injection LPS 10 mg/kg.The rats of each group were gavaged 2 mL carbon ink after intraperitoneal injection 12 h.Intestinal transit for each rat was calculated and the expression levels of TRPV1 and CGRP on intestinal mucosa were examined.RESULTS: Propelling rate of small intestine of group sepsis was significantly lower than that of control group.Compared with the control group,the expression of TRPV1 and CGRP was markedly higher in the sepsis group(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION: Sepsis can lead to the intestinal motility dysfunction, possibly via mechanisms associated with the higher expression TRPV1 and CGRP on intestinal.
