地方本科高校人才培养机制创新的前置思考

摘　　要：作为区域经济社会发展不可或缺的机构,地方普通本科高校要把创新理念放到教育的核心位置,把塑造人格健全并践行社会主义核心价值观的好公民作为教育之根本,注重应用型本科人才的广谱性,促进学生获取全面发展的能力。地方普通本科高校在贯彻创新创业精神时,要体现自身特色,适当引导学生建立批判性思维,在学生心中播撒创业理想的种子,把师生与其孵化的企业共成长作为培养学生双创精神的重要途径。As an essential part of the regional economic and social development,local ordinary undergraduate universities ought to put the concept of innovation in the core position of education,cultivate good citizens with sound personalities,practice the socialist core values as the foundation of education,pay special attention to the broad spectrum adaptability of applied undergraduate talents,and improve the abilities of students to get all-round development.When implementing the innovative and entrepreneurial spirit,local ordinary undergraduate universities should embody its own characteristics,guide students to create appropriate critical thinking,sow the seeds of entrepreneurial idea in the students’ hearts,makes it sure that teachers and students grow up together with the enterprise they have created as the important way of training students’ spirit of double innovations.
