摘　　要：作为传播科技知识、促进学术交流的科技期刊,其发展受到科学研究、政策评价、传播技术的影响。分析了科技期刊出版的发展趋势及其特点,认为数字化、集群化、开放获取和语义出版是当下科技期刊的主要发展趋势。提出:由加入国际出版平台到建设自己的数字平台;加速数字出版,创办OA期刊;加速体制改革,完善评价体系;提高编辑人员素质,加强队伍建设。The development of scientific and technical journals as a major means of disseminating scientific knowledge is largely determined by scientific research, policy evaluation and dissemination of technology. The purpose of this paper is to examine the development trend of periodicals and characteristics. It assumes that it is a rising trend to develop digitalized, clustered, accessed and semantic publications, and that steps may be taken to speed up the construction of international and self-established digital publishing platforms, advance the digital publication of OA journals, streamline the assessment system and upgrade editorials literacy.
