摘  要:目的对新媒体视阈下昆明市社区居民中医健康素养等级进行评价。方法基于文献调查和专家评价法建立居民新媒体中医健康素养评价体系,应用Fuzzy-AHP法确定指标权重,通过一致性检验(CR<0.1),在此基础上开发量表,采用分层随机抽样的方法选取昆明市1100名社区居民进行问卷调查。结果发放问卷1200份,剔除不合格问卷,有效问卷1100份,有效率为92%。昆明市社区居民新媒体中医健康素养综合评分为75分,其中,新媒体中医健康认知、获取、评价、应用及信息道德分别为75、74、76、72、80分。结论建设基于移动互联网的社区中医健康信息服务首先要加强居民新媒体中医健康应用能力,开发满足居民个性化、多层次健康需求的在线互动系统。Objective To evaluate the residence TCM health literacy of new media in communities of Kunming City.Methods Based on literature review and experts consultation, a series of model for evaluation residence TCM health literacy of new media was introduced, fuzzy-analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was used to determine index weight(CR 〈0.1), and on this basis stratified random sampling was used to select 1100 community residents in Kunming to conduct a questionnaire investigation. Results Totally 1200 questionnaires were distributed. Except for unqualified questionnaires, a total of 1100 questionnaires were returned, with effective rate of 92%. The average comprehensive TCM health literacy of new media score was 75 points, scores for cognitive, access, evaluation, application, and morality about TCM health of new media were 75, 74, 76, 72, 80 points, respectively. Conclusion The construction of TCM health information service based on mobile internet requires strengthening of community residents’ application ability of TCM health of new media, and developing a online interactive system to meet the residents who have personalized and multi-level health need.
