启肝毓坤汤治疗卵巢早衰的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨启肝毓坤汤治疗卵巢早衰患者的临床效果。方法选择2011年3月~2013年12月商丘医学高等专科学校附属医院卵巢早衰患者85例,按就诊顺序分为两组,单号为对照组（39例）,双号为治疗组（46例）。对照组采用西药雌孕激素序贯疗法,治疗组采用启肝毓坤汤,两组均连续治疗3个月。比较两组治疗前后临床症状和雌二醇（E2）、促卵泡激素（FSH）、黄体生成激素（LH）的差异。结果治疗组总有效率为89.13%,对照组为79.49%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后,治疗组心烦急躁、腰酸坠胀消失率（89.47%、87.50%）均高于对照组（77.27%、73.68%）,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗前后治疗组E2[（15.39±6.23）、（90.47±7.02）ng/L]、FSH[（81.65±18.12）、（31.25±4.12）U/L]、LH[（42.18±5.52）、（23.46±4.09）U/L]水平比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗前后对照组E2[（14.28±5.89）、（57.62±4.75）ng/L]、FSH[（79.24±16.72）、（35.47±5.19）U/L]、LH[（4.13±4.69）、（22.25±4.13）U/L]水平比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后两组E2水平比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论启肝毓坤汤可有效改善由卵巢早衰引起的激素水平变化,且能缓解其临床症状,临床疗效较好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qiganyukun Decoction in the treatment of patients with premature ovarian failure. Methods 85 patients with premature ovarian failure in the Affiliated Hospital of Shangqiu Medical College from March 2011 to December 2013 were selected, who were divided into two groups according to visiting sequence, 46 cases in treatment group and 39 cases in the control group. Patients in the control group were treated by western medicine sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone, the treatment group was treated with Qiganyukun Decoction, two groups were continuous treated for 3 months. The differences of clinical symptoms and the levels of hormones before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.13%, the control group was 79.49%, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The disappearance rate of upset impatience and soreness and fall-swell of waist in treatment group（89.47%, 87.50%） was higher than that of the control group（77.27%, 73.68%）, the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Before and after treatment,levels of E2[（15.39 ±6.23）,（90.47 ±7.02）], FSH [（81.65 ±18.12）,（31.25 ±4.12）], LH [（42.18 ±5.52）,（23.46 ±4.09）] of the treatment group had statistically significant differences（P 〈 0.05）; before and after treatment, levels of E2[（14.28±5.89）,（57.62 ±4.75） ng/L], FSH [（79.24 ±16.72）,（35.47 ±5.19） U/L], LH [（4.13 ±4.69）,（22.25 ±4.13） U/L] of the control group had statistically significant differences（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, levels of E2 in the two groups were found statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Qiganyukun Decoction can effectively improve the hormone level changes induced by premature ovarian failure, and relieve the clinical symptoms, has better clinical effect.
