摘 要:以250 ml塑料输液瓶胚为研究对象,并对其结构及成型工艺过程进行分析,建立输液瓶胚三维模型,设计了平衡和非平衡两种浇注系统,运用Moldflow对输液瓶胚注塑成型过程进行数值模拟,确定了两个浇口位置,探讨了平衡浇注系统和非平衡浇注系统的充填时间、气穴分布以及锁模力,并以此为评价指标,采用综合加权评分法对两类浇注方案进行评分,确定了浇口位置和浇注系统.Taking 250 ml infusion bottle embryo as the research object,and its structure and processing property of the infusion bottle embryo were analyzed,and the three- dimensional model of infusion preform was established. The balance and the unbalance of the cavity runner system were designed. The Moldflow software was used to have numerical simulation in the process of injection and molding of the infusion bottle embryo,two gate position were determined. The filling time,cavitation distribution and clamping force of the balance and unbalance of the cavity runner system were discussed,and were determined as the evaluation,then the two schemes are scored by comprehensive weighted scoring method. Finally,the gate position and the cavity runner system were determined.
