摘　　要：[目的]探讨持续镇痛联合穴位治疗对肝癌切除术肝功能的影响。[方法]选取符合纳入标准的160例肝癌病人随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组术后采取病人主诉疼痛时,遵医嘱给予止痛治疗及术后常规护理;观察组术后采取持续镇痛48h联合足三里穴和内庭穴位治疗,观察两组病人术前和术后第4天的胆红素、白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)肝功能的变化,术中出血量、肝门阻断时间、手术时间和肿瘤最大直径。[结果]观察组术后第4天的胆红素、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)肝功能的变化与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]持续镇痛联合穴位治疗能有效促进肝癌切除术肝功能的恢复。Objective：To probe into the influence of the continuous analgesia with acupoint therapy on the liver function of patients after liver cancer resection.Methods：A total of 160 cases of cancer patients met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into the control groupand observation group,80 cases in each.The patients in control group received pain treatment and the routine care as the prescribed when they took complained of postoperative pain,while the patients in observation group were taken for 48 hours of continuous analgesia with Zusanli and Neiting acupuncture treatment.Then to observe the blood bilirubin,albumin,serum alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase（AST）change in liver function,blood loss,liver door blocking time,surgery time and maximum tumor diameter between two groups of patients before operation and on the postoperative day 4th.Results：The fourth day after surgery,the bilirubin serum ALT,AST changes in liver function in observation group compared with that in control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Continuous analgesia combined with acupuncture treatment could effectively promote liver resection restore liver function.
