摘 要:多侧励磁涌流特征类似区内故障,容易造成变压器差动保护快速动作区误动作。研究了两种多侧励磁涌流产生的机理并分析了其对不同类型差动保护快速动作区的影响。第一,变压器高压侧空投致铁芯饱和时高压侧和低压绕组中均产生励磁涌流的机理及其对分相差快速动作区的影响;第二,自耦变区外故障切除致铁心饱和时高、中压侧及低压绕组均出现励磁涌流的机理及其对纵差快速动作区的影响。基于对两种励磁涌流产生机理及特征的分析,提出分相差不宜配置快速动作区,而纵差快速动作区判据也应采取防误措施,并提出了具体防误方案。经多次实验验证,该方案可有效防止纵差快速动作区误动作。Multiple sides' inrush currents of transformer are similar to inside fault currents, which is likely to cause the differential protection's fast action zone malfunction. This paper studies two multi-side inrush current's mechanism and analyzes the effects on two different types of differential protection fast action zones. First, the inrush current's mechanism generated from high-side and low-side windings when closing the high-side breaker without load led to core saturation and its effect on phase differential protection fast action zone; second, the inrush current's mechanism generated from high-side, mid-side and low-side windings when cutting off the outside region fault led to core saturation and its effect on longitudinal differential protection fast action zone. Based on the analysis of two inrush current generation mechanism and characteristics, it puts out that the winding differential protection should not deploy fast action zone, and the longitudinal differential protection's fast action zone should add error prevention measures. And it puts forward specific improvement program which has been proven to prevent malfunction in many experiments.
