摘 要:根据智能变电站一体化监控系统功能及应用情况,设计了智能变电站站控层测试系统架构,对测试系统架构各功能模块及信息交互过程进行了分析。然后对智能变电站站控层测试技术进行了深入研究,分别围绕站控层数据交互测试技术、监控主机测试技术及远动功能测试技术进行研究,创新性地提出了测试策略可配置、通信报文可订制、交互行为可控的站控层数据交互测试方法,监控主机信息闭环测试方法,基于取代服务的电力远动装置测试方法。为了验证提出的测试技术方案可行性,通过软件技术实现了具有上述技术特征的测试系统,含保护测控信息仿真系统及调控主站仿真系统。最后经工程应用实践,智能变电站站控层测试技术提高了测试效率,并保证了测试结果的可靠性。According to the function and application of smart substation integrated supervisory and control system, a substation level test system architecture is designed, each function module and information interaction process of test system architecture are analyzed. Then the substation level test technologies are deeply studied, including the station level data interaction testing technology, supervision and control system testing technology and remote functional testing technology. The station level data interactive test method is innovatively put forward, with which the test strategy can be configured, messages can be customized, and interactive behavior can be controlled. A closed-loop test method for supervision and control system information and electric power telecontrol device testing method based on substituted service are respectively proposed too. In order to verify the feasibility of the proposed technological test scheme, the testing system with the above technical characteristics is realized through the software technology, which includes relay protection and measurement control information simulation system and main station simulation system. Finally, engineering application proves that station level test technology of smart substation improves testing efficiency and ensures the reliability of measurement results.
