摘 要:相比传统电力通信网络,EPON网络能够更好地满足智能变电站通信系统要求,但是智能变电站过程层网络采用EPON技术也存在安全性、可靠性、实时性的问题,导致继电保护存在拒动的风险。针对上述问题提出了改进措施,并进行了基于EPON网络下继电保护功能的适应性研究。通过搭建基于EPON网络的智能变电站过程层继电保护动模测试平台,重点选取220 k V智能变电站的母线保护、变压器保护、线路保护为研究及测试对象,进行动模试验。试验结果表明,各类保护装置、合并单元及智能终端可通过EPON过程层通信网络实现设备间采样报文及跳闸报文的信号传输,保护装置动作性能未受影响。Compared with the traditional electric power communication network, the EPON network can meet the requirements of the smart substation communication system better. But the problems of security, reliability and real-time in the process layer network of the smart substation still exist, which leads to the miss tripping risk of the relay protection. The improvement measures of this problem are proposed, and the adaptability of relay protection function based on EPON network is studied. Based on the protection dynamic testing platform of the smart substation using the EPON network, the bus protection, transformer protection and line protection of 220 k V smart substation are studied and tested. The testing results show that all kinds of protection devices, merging units and intelligent terminals can deliver the sampling and tripping packets through EPON process layer network, and the performance of the protections is not affected.
