我院2012～2014年血脂调节药的使用状况分析

摘　　要：目的 了解血脂调节药的临床应用情况和发展趋势,为临床用药提供理论参考。方法 利用药物限定日剂采用量（DDD值）的分析方法对我院2012~2014年间使用的血脂调节药的用药品种、用药频度（DDDs）、用药金额等进行统计分析。结果 近3年来,血脂调节药用量逐年上升,其中他汀类药物占主要地位;从DDDs上观察,阿托伐他汀、辛伐他汀和血脂康用药频居前3位。结论 血脂调节药的需求量逐年递增,正确合理选用血脂调节药对临床治疗具有十分重要的意义。Objective To get known the clinical application and development tendency of blood lipid regulating drugs in order to provide theoretical reference for clinical medication. Methods By defined daily dose （DDD value）,drug vari- ety,frequency （DDDs）,and consumption sum of blood lipid regulating drugs in recent 3 years ranging from 2012 to 2014 in our hospital were summarized and statistically analyzed. Results In the past 3 years,dosage of blood lipid regulating drugs was increased year by year,and statins was in dominated position.Viewed from the DDDs,frequencies of Atorvas- tatin,Simvastatin and Xuezhikang were in first three places. Conclusion Demand on blood lipid regulating drugs is in- creasing year by year.It is of great significance to select blood lipid regulating drugs correctly and reasonably in clinical application.
