中心肥胖型高血压患者血清游离脂肪酸与载脂蛋白的变化

摘　　要：目的研究中心性肥胖伴高血压患者血清游离脂肪酸(free fatty acid,FFA)浓度及载脂蛋白B/载脂蛋白A(Apo B/Apo A)比值变化及其与肥胖和高血压的关系。方法收集174例正常对照者(G1组)、190例中心肥胖型无高血压患者(G2组)和188例中心肥胖型高血压患者(G3组),分别测定血清FFA及Apo B/Apo A水平、血压及腰围等人体一般指标。结果 G3组FFA及Apo B/Apo A明显高于G1、G2组(P<0.05)。FFA与腰围、腰臀比、体重指数、血压、Apo B/Apo A水平成显著正相关。结论中心肥胖型高血压患者血清FFA浓度明显升高,并与其血压、腰围、腰臀比、体重指数、Apo B/Apo A明显呈显著正相关;且Apo B/Apo A明显升高。Objective To investigate the varieties of serum free fatty acid（FFA） concentration and apolipoprotein B/apolipoprotein A（Apo B/Apo A） ratio in hypertensive patients with central obese,and the relationship among serum FFA,Apo B/Apo A,obesity,blood pressure,and insulin level. Methods 174 non-obese normotensive cases（G1 group）,190 central obese normotensive cases（G2 group） and 188 central obese hypertensive cases（G3 group） were collected. Serum FFA,Apo B/Apo A,blood pressure,waist circumference（WC） and other indexes of body were detected in each case. Results Fasting serum FFA concentrations and Apo B/Apo A in Group 3 were significantly higher than those in group 1 and group2（P0.05）. Fasting serum FFA concentration was positively correlated with WC,waist/hip ratio（WHp R）,body mass index（BMI）,and Apo B/Apo A levels.Conclusion In central obese hypertensive patients,the level of Apo B/Apo A in patients with central obese hypertensive is markedly elevated, the concentration of FFA is markedly elevated,and is positively related to blood pressure,WC,WHp R,BMI and Apo B/Apo A.
