摘　　要：目的:研究不同浓度梯度的肝素对高糖诱导的人腹膜间皮细胞水通道蛋白AQP1、AQP3蛋白表达的影响。方法:采用免疫组化法检测试验组与对照组AQP1、AQP3蛋白的表达。结果:与对照组比较,试验组AQP1和AQP3蛋白阳性表达均明显增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且AQP1和AQP3蛋白表达水平在2.5%葡萄糖加1.5×10^(-2)mg/m L肝素组呈现明显上调,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);免疫组化示2.5%葡萄糖加1.5×10^(-2)mg/m L肝素组细胞可见胞核及胞浆有空泡样改变。结论:大剂量肝素在高糖环境中可显著诱导AQP1、AQP3的表达,且能使胞浆及胞核出现明显的空泡样改变。Objective：To investigate the effect of different concentrations of heparin on the expression of aquaporin-1（AQP1） and aquaporin-3（AQP3） of human peritoneal mesothelial cells（HPMCs） induced by glucose.Method：The expression levels of AQP1 and AQP3 were detected by immunohistochemistry in the control group and the experimental group.Result：Compared with the control group,the expression of AQP1 and AQP3 were upregulated in the experimental group treated by 2.5% glucose and 1.5×10^-2 mg/m L of heparin,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Vacuolation was observed in the nucleus and cytoplasm treated by glucose and 1.5×10^-2mg/m L of heparin by immunohistochemistry.Conclusion：The expression of AQP1 and AQP3 can be upregulated by glucose and high concentration of heparin.Vacuolation can be observed in the nucleus and cytoplasm treated by glucose and high concentration of heparin.
