摘　　要：该文介绍了田陈煤矿北区新风井井筒掘砌施工中,通过一系列的小改小革,采用的各种施工方法,实现了该井筒安全、优质、快速施工。In the construction of the new air shaft in the North District of Tian Chen coal mine, a series of small changes, various construction methods adopted to realize the safety, high quality and rapid construction of the shaft were introduced in this paper.
