摘　　要：海关联盟市场是世界重要的汽车市场,也是我国"一带一路"战略的重要沿线市场。文章对海关联盟于2015年1月1日实施的轮式车辆安全技术法规的正文和附件部分进行了介绍和解读,并对认证的新变化进行了简要说明。The Customs Union is the world＇s major market auto market,is also an important market along China＇s＂along the way＂strategy. In this paper, body and attachment portions wheeled vehicles of the Customs Union in January 1,2015 implementation of safety technical regulations were introduced and interpretation,and new changes in certification briefly described.
