摘　　要：在分析天津港特点的基础上,根据港口的特点和节能技术要求,文章首次提出并构建了天津港节能评价指标体系,并以此为标准评价了天津港的节能潜力。此研究对于推动天津港节能工作的开展具有重要意义。Based on the analysis of the characteristic of the port, and according to the characteristics and requirements of energy-saving technologies in Tianjin Port, the paper proposes and constructs the energy-saving evaluation index system for Tianjin Port. The research has a great significance on promoting the energysaving development of Tianjin Port and the environmental protection.
