摘　　要：国家加大了对主要干线的车辆超载、超限控制力度,使得农村公路工程的交通压力出现了增大问题。文章以实际工程改造过程为例,阐述了农村公路工程出现安全隐患的原因,并提出完善改造工程施工质量的管理措施。主要包括新旧路基衔接的质量管理、工程改造施工工艺的选择、工程排水改造的质量管理以及涵洞改造的施工质量管理等。The state has stepped up to the main trunk of the vehicle overloading overrun control efforts,making the traffic pressure on rural roads project appeared to increase the problem. Taking the actual regeneration process engineering,explained the reasons for rural road construction security risks,and proposed to improve the quality of the construction renovation project management measures. Including：the convergence of new and old roadbed quality management,construction technology engineered options,drainage improvement project quality management and culvert renovation construction quality management.
