摘　　要：为纺好纯棉细号纱、提高成纱质量,介绍纺纱原料优选、梳理和牵伸器材的选用要求,重点探讨牵伸握持力与牵伸力平衡原理及胶辊、钢领、钢丝圈、网格圈等对成纱质量的影响。指出:必须严格做好纺织专件、器材的精细化管理,设备、操作和工艺优选,才能稳定地纺好纯棉细号纱、提高成纱质量;聚氨酯胶辊、多层胶辊、复合胶圈的应用技术与大握持距牵伸工艺,是牵伸器材和纺纱工艺的发展趋势。In order to produce quality cotton spun yarn of fine count,introduction is made to the selection and application of raw material,requirements of the carding and drafting accessories.Highlight is given to the philosophy of the balancing theory between the gripping force and the drafting force as well as the impact on the yarn quality of the cots,rings,travelers,lattice aprons.It is pointed out that delicacy management is necessary to all the accessories and must be strictly executed and the equipments operation and the process optimization included.Only by doing so,can the quality stability of cotton spun yarn of fine count kept.Under the new situation,the polyurethane cots,multilayered cots and application technology of composite apron and the drafting process with big holding distance will be the developing trend of drafting accessories and the technology.
