摘　　要：为了解决生产成本问题,分析比较环锭细纱机采用人工落纱、集体落纱、智能小车落纱的优缺点;通过HM-JL740型短车集体落纱装置应用,表明其不仅能在整个落纱过程中全自动完成操作,缩短落纱时间,提高管纱质量,还能省去空纱管整理程序、满纱人工落纱及空管插入时间,从而减轻工人的劳动强度,减少用工,提高劳动生产效率,降低生产成本。In order to solve the problem with the production cost,analysis is done in contrast to the ring spinning frame regarding the advantages and disadvantages of manual doffing,collective doffing,and intelligent trolley doffing.Samplying the HM-JL740 short frame.It proves that collective doffing is of fully automatic doffing in the whole process with less doffing time and high tube yarn quality,less time in empty tube collating operation,full yarn manual doffing and empty tube insertion,thereby reducing the labor intensity,and labor employment with high labor productivity and less production cost.
