加味银翘散治疗上呼吸道感染发热的随机双盲对照临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察加味银翘散治疗上呼吸道感染发热的临床疗效。方法将134例患者随机分为两组,中药组采用加味银翘散和复方盐酸伪麻黄碱缓释胶囊模拟剂口服,对照组采用加味银翘散模拟剂和复方盐酸伪麻黄碱缓释胶囊口服,疗程均为3 d,治疗后观察两组患者的降温疗效。结果中药组降温总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);两组降温起效时间和解热时间比较(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义,中药组痊愈时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01);中药组体温复常率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),中药组体温正常化维持时间明显长于对照组(P<0.01)。结论加味银翘散治疗上呼吸道感染发热降温疗效满意,且安全性好。Objective： To observe curative effect of upper respiratory tract infection fever treated with Jiawei Yinqiao Decoction. Methods： 134 patients with upper respiratory tract infection fever were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group were treated with Jiawei Yinqiao Decoction and compound Pseudoephedrine HCI sustained release capsules simulants;the control group were treated with Jiawei Yinqiao Decoction simulants and compound Pseudoephedrine HCI sustained release capsules. Treatment course lasted for three days. The temperature reduction effect was assessed after treatment. Results： Effective rate of the temperature reduction in the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group;there were no significant difference on the onset and lower time of the temperature reduction between the two groups（P〉 0.05）;the recovery time of the temperature reduction in the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group and there was significant difference（P〈 0.01）;the rate of body temperature returning to normal in the treatment group was 85.07%,the control group 69.70%,with statistical significant differences in comparison（P〈 0.05）;the normal temperature maintenance time of the treatment group was significantly longer than that of the control group（P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： The curative effect of Jiawei Yinqiao Decoction treatment on upper respiratory tract infection fever is satisfactory,and the security is good.
