补肾活血方联合耳穴疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究补肾活血方加减联合耳穴疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法按照骨关节炎诊断标准,将我院125例膝骨关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为对照组52例,治疗组73例。对照组采用口服塞来昔布胶囊(西乐葆)治疗,治疗组口服补肾活血方,每日1剂,共治疗12周,并联合耳穴疗法。采用视觉模拟(VAS)疼痛评分、美国膝关节协会评分(KSS)评估各组的临床症状改善情况,对治愈率作出评定。结果 125例患者均获随访12周,末次随访时治疗组VAS疼痛评分低于对照组,KSS评分高于对照组,治疗12周后,对照组的总有效率达到55.77%,而治疗组的有效率达到75.34%,治疗后治疗组关节痛度、肿胀、僵硬等指标改善明显优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论补肾活血方联合耳穴疗法能有效缓解疼痛,改善膝关节骨性关节炎临床症状。Objective： To study on the effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with auricular therapy on knee osteoarthritis（KOA）. Methods： 125 patients with KOA were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group（52 cases in the control group and 73 cases in the treatment group）. The control group were treated with Celebrex（200 mg,oral administration,once a day for 12 weeks） and the treatment group were treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with auricular therapy for 12 weeks（1 agent daily）. VAS score and KSS score were used to evaluate the improvement of clinical symptoms of KOA patients. Results： All the 125 patients were followed up for 12 weeks. The VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.The KSS score was higher than that in the control group. The total effective rate of control group was 55.77%,and that of treatment group was 75.34%,and the difference was significant（P〈 0.05）. After treatment,the joint pain,swelling,stiffness and other indicators of the observation group improved significantly better than those of the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with auricular therapy can effectively relieve pain and improve the clinical symptom of KOA.
