摘 要:目的建立咽炎糖浆的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中葛根、玄参进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对葛根素进行含量测定:色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%醋酸溶液(25∶75),流速为1.0 m L·min^(-1),检测波长为250 nm。结果薄层鉴别斑点清晰、分离较好,阴性对照无干扰;葛根素浓度在3~120μg·mL^(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率97.44%,RSD=2.07%(n=6)。结论所用定性与定量方法简便、专属性强,结果准确、可靠,所建标准可用于咽炎糖浆的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard for Yanyan syrup. Methods Thin layer chromatography ( TLC) was used for the qualitative identification of Puerariae Lobatae Radix and Scrophulariae Radix. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the content of puerarin on Diamonsil C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) column with mobile phase consisting of methanol-0.5% acetic acid (25:75) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL-min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 250 nm. Results TLC spots were clear and well-separated without negative interference.The linear range of puerarin was 3-120μg-mL-1( r=0.999 7) with an average recovery of 97.44% ( RSD=2.07%,n=6) . Conclusion The method for quality and quantity of Yanyan syrup is simple, specific, accurate and reliable.It can be used for the quality control of Yanyan syrup.
