摘  要:介绍了一种通过沉降重量来评价化学改性淀粉基生物胶乳在涂布纸涂料中应用效果的新方法。取10g固含量为2%的生物胶乳,高速离心机4000r/m in转速下离心2m in,倒出上清液后,剩余物的质量即为沉降重量。分析具有不同沉降重量的生物胶乳对涂料性能和涂布纸性能的影响,发现当生物胶乳的沉降重量为0.128~0.170g时,在涂料中取代部分石化胶乳可以获得良好的效果。本方法可快速、准确评价化学法淀粉基生物胶乳的应用效果,可为生产厂家合理控制和改进产品质量提供有益参考。A novel method evaluating the application effects of chemical modified starch based bin-latex on coated paper according to the sedimentation weight was introduced. By centrifuging 10g bio-latex with solid content of 2% wt for 2min at the speed of 4000r/ min, the residual sedimentation weight can be achieved. Effects of bio-latex with various sedimentation weights on coating color and coated paper properties were investigated. The results showed that coated paper can maintain good performance when petroleum latex is partially substituted by bio-latex with sedimentation weight ranging from 0.128g to 0.170g. The application effects of bio-latex can be predicted quickly and accurately in this way, which is of great benefit for chemical modified bio-latex products control and improvement.
