摘  要:使用实验室自制的叠片转子密炼机研究了相容剂含量、转子转速和混炼时间对聚丙烯(PP)/蒙脱土纳米复合材料流变及力学性能的影响。研究发现:相容剂含量对PP/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的力学性能和流变性能均有较大影响。随着相容剂含量增加,复合材料的抗拉强度不断增大。当蒙脱土与相容剂质量比为1∶2时,复合材料的抗拉强度和断裂伸长率达到最大值。复合材料的冲击强度随着相容剂含量的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势。复合材料的力学性能随转子转速提高而降低。复合材料的抗拉强度和断裂伸长率随着混炼时间的增加而提高,冲击强度则随着混炼时间的增加而降低。The influence of compatilizer content, rotor speed and mixing time on the rheological and mechanical properties of PP/montmorillonite nanocomposite material was studied by using an internal mixer designed by our laboratory. The experimental results showed that the mechanical properties and rheological properties of PP/montmorillonite nanocomposite material was greatly influenced by the addition of compatilizer and its content. As compatilizer content increased, the tensile strength of the composites increased. The tensile strength and elongation at break of the composites reached the maximum value when mass ratio of montmorillonite and the compatilizer was 1∶2. The impact strength of the composites increased initially and then decreased with the increase of the compatilizer content. The mechanical properties of PP/montmorillonite nanocomposite material decreased with the increase of the rotor speed. With the increase of the mixing time, the tensile strength and elongation at break of the composites increased, while the impact strength of the composites decreased.
