摘 要:选取方法较好的水热合成法,以硝酸钙,四氯化钛,氢氧化钠为原料,添加剂为氯仿与无水乙二胺来制取钛酸钙。研究了不同添加剂对钛酸钙粒径的影响,并使用粒度分析仪对样品进行分析。结果表明:添加无水乙二胺对钛酸钙的粒径影响是较好的。溶液总体积为37 m L的条件下,选取水热温度200℃,反应时间6 h,硝酸钙与四氯化钛的用量分别为2 m L,氢氧化钠30 m L(2 mol/L),无水乙二胺用量为3 m L,可得到粒度小且分散性好的钛酸钙粉末。The hydrothermal synthesis method is determined to preparation of calcium titanate. Calcium nitrate anhydrous(Ca(NO_3)_2) solution and hydrochloric acid solution of titanium tetrachloride(TiCl_4) by the molar ratio of 1∶1 mix, then slowly added 30 m L of 2 mol/L of sodium hydroxide solution, after mixing into the reactor lined with tetrafluoroethylene, placed in a thermostat at 200 ℃ with different reaction additives for 6 h. The effect of additive on the particle size of CaTiO_3 was studied by laser particle size analyzer. Better preparation conditions were as follows: the reaction temperature is 200℃, the reaction time is 6 h. Total volume of solution is 37 m L, the amount of Ca(NO_3)_2 and TiCl_4 respectively is 2 m L, the amount of anhydrous ethylenediamine is 3 m L for sure.
