摘　　要：以氯化丁基橡胶、氯丁橡胶、硅橡胶等为主要原材料,采用开练法、平板硫化法制备出共混硫化胶。利用热分析仪、扫描电镜、垂直燃烧仪等设备对硫化胶进行性能表征,结果表明,经设计的橡胶配方能够制出优质的共混硫化胶,微观组织及形貌规律性强,3种阻燃剂能够显著提高阻燃性能,且对其力学性能影响较小,热性能得到了改良。The blend vulcanized rubber was made from the thlorinated butyl rubber, butyl rubber, silicone rubber etc. On the open training, vulcanizing method. The performance of the blend vulcanized rubber was characterized in the Thermal analyzer, scanning electron microscope, vertical combustion apparatus, The results show, the high quality blend of vulcanized rubber was made out by the rubber compounding designed, and the regularity of Microstructure and morphology was strong, and the flame retardant property was significantly improved by three kinds of flame retardant and the mechanical property was smaller influenced, and the thermal property was improvement.
