摘　　要：以E2消除反应为例阐述了离去基团L和H的"反式共平面"构象与产物结构的对应关系。提出了让学生在参与学习有机化学消除反应的新方法,深入理解立体化学这一抽象概念,并引导学生总结规律,探讨出一套简单有效的实践方法。The correlation between ＂trans-coplanar＂ conformation of leaving groups L and H and the product structure was introduced through the E2 elimination reaction. It puts forward a new method for students to participate in the learning of organic elimination reaction and further understand the abstract concept of stereochemistry, it can help students to learn and summary the effective method.
