摘　　要：充分发挥军民融合优势,提高舰艇指挥人才综合素质,是国防和军队教育体系的重要任务。本文从人才培养的顶层设计、环境条件、教育资源、运行机制等方面出发,提出了军民融合模式在舰艇指挥人才培养中的具体应用,具有良好的现实意义。Expressing civil-military integration superiorities and enhancing multiple quality of warship command talent are major assignments education system of the national defense and army education. From the aspects of top layer design, environment condition, education resource and operation mechanism, the paper proposed the application of Civil-military Integration model in warship command talent cultivation, which possess fixed real meaning.
