摘 要:蜡作为EVA环保热熔胶的重要组成部分,不仅影响着EVA热熔胶的粘度、软化点等基本指标,对热熔胶的粘接性能、固化速度和耐温性等指标均有着重要影响。文章选取目前热熔胶市场上常用的石蜡58#、费托蜡PX105、PE蜡H110和EVA合成蜡AC-400等为研究对象,分别研究它们对EVA热熔胶的粘度、软化点、抗拉强度、断裂伸长率等物理力学性能的影响。结果表明,在实际的热熔胶研发当中,应当结合每款蜡的特点,对配方进行互配,从而满足客户的使用要求。As an important part of environmentally friendly EVA hot melt adhesive, wax is not only affects the EVA hot melt adhesive's viscosity, softening point and other basic indicators, but also has an important influence on the indexes of hot melt adhesive, such as bonding performance, curing speed and temperature resistant, and so on. The paper selects paraffin 58#, Fischer Tropsch wax PX105, PE wax H110 and EVA synthetic wax AC-400, four waxes that the hot melt adhesives market commonly used, for research object, respectively, to study the effects of those waxes on the physical and mechanical properties of the EVA hot melt adhesive, such as viscosity, softening point, tensile strength and the Maximum elongation. The results show that in the actual hot melt adhesive development, the product formula should be adjusted by selecting various waxes with different characteristics to meet the requirements of customers.
