摘　　要：目的了解该橡胶加工厂防尘防毒局部通风设施的设置情况,分析和评价防尘防毒局部通风设施的防护效果,并提出改善建议。方法对关键控制岗位进行工程分析和职业卫生调查,通过职业病危害因素检测、卫生工程检测,分析和评价局部通风设施的合理性、有效性。结果该橡胶加工厂防尘防毒局部通风设施设计上存在不足,导致生产过程中有3个操作岗位存在粉尘或化学毒物浓度超过国家规定的职业接触限值。结论该厂防尘防毒局部通风设施应进一步改善。Objective To understand the setting of rubber processing plant dustproof respirator, local ventilation facilities, analysis and evaluation of dust and poison the protective effect of local ventilation facilities, then puts forward suggestions for improvement. Methods To analyze and evaluate the rationality and effectiveness of the local ventilation facilities by means of engineering analysis and occupational health survey of key control positions. Results There is insufficient in the design of the dust and gas prevention and ventilation facilities in the rubber processing factory, which leads to the existence of 3 operating positions in the production process of dust or chemical poison concentration exceeding the national occupational exposure limit. Conclusion The dust and gas prevention and ventilation facilities in the factory should be improved further.
