舒适护理在腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术患者护理中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术患者护理中的临床效果。方法选取2014年6月至2015年6月我院收治的行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除手术的80例患者,将其随机分为2组,每组40例,对照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组患者采用舒适护理方法,比较两组患者对护理的满意度、两组患者进手术室后的血压、心率情况以及住院时间和费用。结果观察组患者的满意度评分(89.09±7.09)显著高于对照组的满意度评分(73.65±6.12),且二者比较具有显著性差异(t=10.231,P<0.05);观察组患者的心率、血压情况均显著好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的住院天数[(6.01±1.02)d]显著低于对照组患者的住院天数[(9.09±1.40)d],观察组患者的住院费用[(4456.43±321.10)元]显著低于对照组患者的住院费用[(5409.09±412.02)元],以上比较均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论与传统护理方法相比,舒适护理对于行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术患者来说,可以较好地缓解其不良情绪,提高患者的满意度,有利于患者早日康复,值得在临床上大力推广。Objective Discussion of comfortable nursing in the laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy patient care clinical results. Method Select from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital underwent laparoscopic ovarian cyst surgery, 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in the control group were treated with conventional methods of care, observation group patients with comfort care methods were compared patient satisfaction with care, two groups of patients into the operating room after the blood pressure, heart rate, as well as length of hospital stay and costs. Result Observation group patient satisfaction score（89.09±7.09） was significantly higher satisfaction scores（73.65±6.12）, and both have relatively significant difference（t=10.231, P〈0.05）; heart rate was observed in patients, blood pressure was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）; the number of days of hospitalization observed group of patients [（6.01±1.02） d] was significantly lower hospitalization [（9.09±1.40） days] days in the control group of patients, the observation group were the cost of hospitalization [（4456.43±321.10） yuan] was significantly lower than the control group of patients with hospital costs [（5409.09±412.02） yuan], the above comparisons were significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with traditional methods of care, comfort care for the next laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy patients, can better alleviate the negative emotions, improve patient satisfaction, it is conducive to the patient a speedy recovery, worthy of clinical promoting.
