摘　　要：介绍了德国公共图书馆在读者服务方面的成功实践经验。如坚持以人为本的服务理念,提高服务效率;组织独具特色的读者活动,建立微型图书馆,加强多方合作,共同促进阅读推广活动等。同时,提出了国内公共图书馆加快图书馆工作法制化进程;利用体制优势,积极推行总分馆制;加大为弱势群体服务力度,重视少儿读者工作及提高行业准入标准等建议。This article introduces some successful cases of reader service in Germany public libraries which are reader-oriented,efficient,attractive with various special reader activities and reader requirements satisfiable.These libraries try to extent their service scope,improve the books circulation and cooperate actively to promote reading activity.Referring to these cases,this article suggests setting up corresponding law and regulations to speed up the process of library egislation and help the library fully play their social function with a series of effective adjustment.
