摘　　要：就业指导是公共图书馆的一项重要服务内容。文章以美国公共图书馆就业指导服务为主要研究对象,分析了三所不同规模公共图书馆就业指导服务案例,并在此基础上总结了美国公共图书馆就业指导服务的主要内容形式以及对我国公共图书馆的启示。The employment guidance is one of the important services in public libraries.This article studies the employment guidance services in public libraries in the U.S.,analyzes the actual cases in three different libraries,summarizes the key content and form of this kind of service in the U.S.,and reveals the inspiration to Chinese public libraries accordingly.
